I am a newbie in Genesys Agent Desktop. My company has just bought Genesys SDK. I have been assigned to custimze the GAD Interface and I am now stuck with that. I have “Genesys Desktop Deployment Guide” but have not “Genesys Desktop Developer’s Guide”. Can anyone send me this book or give me a link to download.

If your company bought any Genesys product then a bunch of DVDs should have been delivered which include a Documentation Library. There you can find Genesys Desktop Developer’s Guide.
