Context: My config is not working… we are triggering a bulk export via /api/v2/recording/bulkexports for a legal hold case. The job fails immediately with a 500 Internal Server Error when filtering for digital channel interactions (webchat). We verified S3 bucket permissions and IAM roles. This works for voice recordings but fails consistently for chat. Environment is EU-West-1.
