Could someone please advise… (i will try to describe this as best as i can) ![]()
In BT land I used to be able to have one 0845 number that would carry out any routing then land at a site. Now sometimes we could overlay other 0845 numbers on top so that for marketing we could dial a new number that would act as a “front” for the original. For example
0845 123 987 would route to site a after a routing strategy
but the new marketing number 0845 123 789 would simply point to 0845 123 987.
By doing this it would minimise any errors in routing and it was quicker/simpler to use.
Now that i have come to cable and wireless and Genesys im looking to see if we can do something similar. Some people say yes and some people say no - can someone please tell me who is right…
