Multi-sites planning & deployment

Hi There,

Anyone had deploy multi-sites solution before? Wish to understand if customer is planning for a multi-sites deployment, but in phases.
For Genesys portion, can we configure CME as single side for the start & add in side 2 & 3 in 6 to 12 months phases or is easier to us to configure all 3 sides at the initial stage.

Infrastructure at site 2 & 3 will not be ready in 3 to 9 months.
