We need to migrate the ICON and Genesys Info mart Components from 8.1 to 8.5. In the documentation link, I don’t see the separate guide to migration. Can you suggest any documents for the migration. ?.
And whether migration is similar to configuration and installation of Genesys components. ?

If I’m correct, when you install 8.5, setup ask if it’s an upgrade and there’s SQL script (update_gim.[your-current-version].sql) to run.
(this script is accessible when you installed GIM)

We are upgrading the GIM to 8.5. And we started running the GIM_Migration job but it runs continuously without error . But it not getting completed. Kindly looking forward your possible responses.
