hitting throttling on POST /api/v2/conversations/participants/attributes/search. we’re sending simple requests - just filtering by ‘conversationId’ - and seeing 429s after 8 requests, even with a 1 second delay between calls. not 100% sure but the documentation implies a higher sustained rate for search operations.
the X-RateLimit-Reset header is all over the place. sometimes it’s 60s, sometimes 90s, and once we saw 120s. for what it’s worth, it’s not a per-org limit issue, we’ve tested across multiple organizations and the pattern holds. here’s a sample header set:
