Message Server Error

Hi, I am having a problem with our messaging server. The problem arises when we have tserver or statserver try to access messaging server in order to write log into log db. The error says that it cannot access messaging server, but looking through messaging server log I can clearly see tserver or statserver connecting and then disconnecting. Can someone tell me what is going on?

By the way, for those of you wondering, we are using genesys release 6.5.

I bet you my paycheck that it is your hotstandby option: you’ve set your ms to hotstandby, haven’t ya? Try changing it to warm or cold it should fix your problem in a jiffy. Ever wondered why they even list it there 4 the servers that don’t support it?
