MCP service issue

Hi,

I have a a running environment with SIP and MCP on the same server. MCP stopped working and it doesn’t start. below is the log while starting the service.

As you can see, the problem seems to be in configuration - namely on sip.transport configuration (protocol) (-106). Check your configuration as first then possible port conflicts, etc.

Probably the sip-port is configured with the same port in MCP and SIP Server.

No config changes made for MCP and there is no port conflict with SIP server. Recently we tried to work on SDK and outbound calling, not sure if that changed any thing.

Did you try to reinstall the MCP or amend the configuration? As the log shows, the problem should be in configuration field or something related to SIP stack. But you did not get any details about your deployment, used version, architecture, etc, so it is little bit hard provide you with exactly right answer/solution.

If you restart the application, do you see the objects re-register?

MCP does not register any type of object within Genesys environment. MCP is just monitored by the RM. As I wrote, try to re-fresh the installation or post the configuration export to check it.

I Installed with by importing new application and it started working as normal.
