Manual outbound call / INVITE with SDP

Hi Friends,

Must be getting old! Manual outbound call (INVITE with SDP) - which trunk DN options. reuse-sdp-on-reinvite?

Try make-call-rfc3725-flow = 1 on the extension DNs. reuse-sdp-on-reinvite = true could also work depending on the scenarios
