Originally we have had the plan to build up our own Genesys-Forum but now we have discovered this forum which is really great. Is it allowed to offer a link on our company homepage that targets this forum?
If it is allowed, is there a jpg- or gif-file that we have to use or would it be ok to use “Genesys CTI User Forum” as the name of the link?

thank you for the question. Feel free to link to the forum. We do not have any sort of requirements about the image size or anything like that: as long as it is G-rated (for those of you who are not familiar with American movie ratings, “G” means pretty much you can show it to anybody. Unlike Tony pictures 
)
By the way, if you are running Genesys related site, do give us a link so we can add it to our links section.

thank you for the link to our site! It is always a pleasure to find other Genesys-related companies out there!
We are preparing a new theme - by default you should have “links” button on the menu above. Under there, there should be a category, tentatively called “Genesys CTI Consulting Companies”. If you are a registered user, you can can submit a link to your site there along with the description.
It should look like this:

As you can see, we are building it from scratch.
What other sites do you think should be added there?
