I was always under the impression that Communication DN did not need license, especially paid ones.
Can someone tell me if there were a change in Genesys licensing policy or is our Genesys representative is a bit wet behind the ears? :-\

Communication DN doesn’t require license but there is a license called SIP Communication which is for PBX use case where SIPS is used as office telephony
