What is the latest version of Definity with which Genesys CTI has certified through Avaya Labs?
Depends on what Version of Genesys your using. Genesys 5 is officially certified for G3 r7, and Genesys 6 for G3 r8, However Genesys 5 runs fine on the G3 v8 (at least for our setup). I believe that Genesys will support users with the G5/G38 setup even though there is no official certification.
I believe Avaya has made r9 GA so if your running with a G3 r9 I would contact Genesys tech support and see what they say. From what I have heard there shouldn’t be an issue.
