I am working on a client site that is coding the following agent
desktop/CRM application:
"Java Struts framework, sitting on a Websphere application server; no
cookies and no applets."
Has anyone done any desktop integration with an application that
meets that criteria?
Would it be possible to integrate a softphone, using the Java
Interaction SDK, into that application, or does the softphone need to
be a thick client separate from it?
Any help any one could provide would be greatly appreciated.
