Where in the logs can I find the call has been answered using IWS not a Cisco physical phone? Thanks

I guess TServer, you will see from who the answer command came from, if from pbx or IWS

If IWS answered the call, you’ll see a RequestAnswerCall command comming from that IWS. If the hardphone answered, the EventOffHook and EventEstablished will come for that call without the RequestAnswerCall
