I’ve inherited a deployment recently which uses both IWS and Agent Scripting. The vast majority of agents appear to have a simple configuration where the Agent Script window pops automatically on receipt of a call.
However, some agents also have some additional WWW pages which pop up, and the Agent Script window doesn’t always seem to have priority.
Does anyone know:
a) where these additional WWW pages are configured
b) how to set the priorities for window pop
I’ve looked at individual agent / DN configuration as well as IWS / GAS options, but can’t see what I’m looking for.
