IWS-Related Development: How to invoke the Interaction Window

Hi All,

I am working on an IWS-related project.

What I want to do is to launch Interaction Window, i.e. InteractionWorksheetRegion, without generating any inbound or outbound call event. So, is it possible to launch this region directly? If YES, how?

If there is no interaction then what will be shown and loaded?

You’re absolutely right. However, this is what the “customer” wants. The Interaction Window will invoke the banking application’s user interface, which requires additional license per session.

I’ve figured out a way and today I will go ahead and test it. If it will be successful, I will inform all of you regarding what I did.
