Does any one know how to launch IWD manager?
I don’t have the link to launch it and Genesys documentation seems to be no help, all it says is run .exe file.
In CME, the App is configured and doesn’t have any host associated to it.
any help would be appreciated. I am new to IWD

Found this in user guide.
from release 8.5.101.04 onwards:

appserverhost : host name of the app where business rules application server/ BR execution server is installed
appserverport : 8080
iwdmanagerapplication : application name in cme for iwd manager
