IVR Tserver application options tab in CME

I am trying to follow what Genesys has suggested here but unable to find TServerClientSap. I am new to Genesys. Appreciate your help.

You need to change the following option in the IVR Tserver application options tab in CME In section [TServerClientSap]
defer-tlib-events = ‘false’ → Please change to “True”

Well check the options for IVR_TServer , if not there, create that section- it should be pretty easy to find :-\
