Hi,

what kind of Genesys licences shoud I obtain integrate Avaya Voice Portal with IVR SDK 7.5 XML?

Hi Robert,

You need following licences:

  • IVR Connector - number of licenses have to equal number of used IVR ports
  • Universal SDK - only in case you’re developing the driver by yourself

Are you going to develop driver for AVP by yourself? I think the driver exists and was developed by one of Genesys partners…
