We are developing IVR application in Dot net 2005 framework 2.0, Microsoft speech server 2007
our requirement is as follows : -
- Recognize the call and recognize the location of the call from DTMF
tones or any other method. - If cant recognize the location then operator asks to speak out the
country, city, town, street name and confirm the same to the caller - After confirmation forward this call to the nearest Service Centre (find
nearest Service Center from the database) which falls under the callers said location so that the caller can speak directly to the Serviceman
- what are all the Hardware specification required
- we are trying to receive inbound calls through sipgate number, but not succeeded
its working in LAN not in WAN (can we achieve in sipgate only )
