How to send String from IVR profile to Routing Script, by using Interaction block, User data block
I have tried routing strategies by LastUSerAction..using (_genesys.ixn.interactions[system.InteractionID].udata.LastUserAction)
But i dont find any progress..The result in Log is Undefined…
Pls help Folk.
