IS this scenario Possible?

  2. Reaches agent
  3. Agent needs language translator and does a conference
  4. while three people are on call, agent has a question and wants to reach LEAD
  5. No LEADs were available, Agent wants to get back to the call and IWS has an error stating invalid Object state Media error 1161

??? same thing, you want a person to have 4 communications, not possible. I guess you would need an MCU or something more complex to handle such scenarios
