Is it possible to extract the full chain_of_custody JSON object via the Digital Channels API for Webchat sessions?
We are using the Recording API v2 to pull data for legal discovery requests.
The standard export job completes successfully but strips the custody metadata from the final payload.
This breaks our audit trail requirements for GDPR compliance in the London region.
