Is it possible to retrieve granular flow execution statistics, such as node-specific wait times, using the standard Platform API endpoints? The native Performance dashboards provide high-level queue data, but they lack the detailed flow tracing required for our operational reporting.
We operate within the Genesys Cloud EU (Frankfurt) region. Our current requirement involves automating the export of specific Architect flow performance metrics to an external BI tool. The standard REST documentation does not appear to expose these specific architectural details.
Any guidance on existing API capabilities or recommended workarounds for capturing this data would be appreciated. We aim to avoid manual screenshotting for monthly efficiency reviews.
