Exporting digital channel interactions involving AI bots for legal discovery. Genesys Cloud v2024.09. The bulk export JSON payload includes conversation_id and recording_id for human agents, but fields for bot transcript text and intent metadata are null. Need full chain of custody.
Question:
Is it possible to retrieve the raw bot transcript and intent metadata in the standard bulk export API response, or must this data be fetched separately via the Conversations API?
