I am making a new custom display panel for out outbound agents and I need to display a few stats on this panel. The editor I am using only allows me to choose stats from the stat server to display. (cannot make formulae on the fly)
So my question is this… How does one go about making a new stat to reside on the stat server so that I can choose to display it on the custom panel. For example I can display AD_Avg_T_Handle because it is a stat that already exists. But what I really want is a stat like (Inbound Talk Time + Outbound Talk Time + Total Hold Time)/Total Time Logged In).
I cannot figure out how to develop this new stat such that it resides on the stat server.
Any help is appreciated.
Check statserver deployment guide, main mask and relative mask are what you need
Just be sure not to use normal mathematical formulas as “(Inbound Talk Time + Outbound Talk Time + Total Hold Time)/Total Time Logged In”. Stat Server does not understand such formulas.
No but he can do a custom one on CCPulse using to separate stats

and I can’t see how you could get “(Inbound Talk Time + Outbound Talk Time + Total Hold Time)/Total Time Logged In” out of the Stat Server directly.

Depend on your server but most probably it is possible to create a new stat!!
