Is it possible to configure BYOC edge capacity for JMeter load?

Is it possible to configure Genesys Cloud BYOC edge capacity to handle high concurrent call volumes during JMeter load testing? Running JMeter 5.6 on US1 environment with 150 threads simulating inbound PSTN calls. The goal is to validate edge scaling behavior when traffic spikes.

Initial calls connect fine. But after 50 concurrent sessions, new calls fail with 503 Service Unavailable. The BYOC edge shows max capacity reached. Log entries indicate SIP 503 responses from the edge server. No error in Genesys Cloud architecture logs. The problem seems to be at the edge level.

Current BYOC config uses default capacity settings. Not sure if increasing edge worker count helps. Or if there is a specific API endpoint to adjust edge limits dynamically. Need to know if this is a hard limit or configurable. Any advice on edge scaling for load tests would be helpful. Using Genesys Cloud SDK 1.0.2 for monitoring.
