Interaction Workspace - Integration with MSN Messenger

Hello guys, here is my problem, if someone can help me I will give thanks !

I need to do an integration with MSN Messenger and Interaction Workspace, my agents will access MSN inside interaction workspace, is it possible to “put” the MSN Application inside the Interaction Workspace ?!

If it is, how can I start doing that ?! I have no idea how to begin.

Why would you do that as IWS has it’s own IM?

Hi,

I know that IWS has IM but I need to integrate with MSN Messenger because my agents use this program to comunicate with some customers so I need to do that.

Is it possible ?

I don’t need a FULL Integration I just need to put the Application inside the IWS like a module !

But why you want to do this? MSN Messenger is good in its services.

Hi,

Sorry still confused. MSN messenger can be running on the agents desktop and a different process could be IWS. Why do you need them integrated?
