Integrating UC Connector with Lync / Skype for Business

Hello,

I am integrating Genesys Routing with Lync / Skype for Business by using UCC. Arcording to UCC Deployment book,on Microsoft-OCS section of UCC application i must enter the following parameter:

Contact: This is the “principal” assigned to the UC Connector application. For example, sip:[email removed].
Registrar-uri: Enter the URI that UC Connector uses to connect to the Microsoft FE Server. For example, sip:pool01.your-lync-ddress.com.

On my environment, i have configured these parameter as bellow:

Contact = sip:[email removed]
Registrar-uri = sip:hcmsfb01.ipcchcm.com

With, hcmsfb01.ipcchcm.com is domain where Lync FE Server is installed, lync-ucc is Lyn’s user i enabled before and I can login Lync client with this lync-ucc account.
But, when i start UCC application i got following error:

[i]11:23:25.745 Dbg 09900 Microsoft-OCS.lync-ucc.Registration

Connection refused seems more a network issue, can you ping telnet that server from your UCS host?

Hi cavagnaro,

This issue without networking, I checked network before posting topic :slight_smile:
From UCC host we can telnet to lyn server.

To port 5060, right?
What does Lync logs say about that attempt?
