We are updating user profiles in bulk using the Genesys Cloud Platform SDK for .NET. The goal is to update 500 users at once. We are hitting 429 Too Many Requests after 50 calls. The current code uses a simple Thread.Sleep(1000) between requests. This is not working. The rate limit resets at different times. How do we implement exponential backoff correctly? Should we parse the Retry-After header or use a fixed algorithm? The SDK does not handle this automatically.
