Now, the question: I’m in a costumer that is currently deploying a full Genesys CC and right now we are managing the reporting tools. For historical reporting CCA tool they are currently using Hyperion Intelligence Client 8.5.0.3 (fat client) however, to prevent direct access to the DB they are looking for the Hyperion Intelligence Server + Web Client solution. My question is if this Hyperion Intelligence Server + Web Client are already licensed for those that buy CCA reporting tool and how to manage that license.
I really can’t find information on this topic. Taking a look into “Reporting Technical Reference Guide for Genesys 7.2 Release” I assume that it is included but it does not mention it specifically and I can’t really find more documentation about it.
Actually I was already looking in Oracle page dedicated to Hyperion (which you can reach by www.hyperion.com) but I did not found much information on release 8.5.0.3, which is the one being installed in my costumer. I believe that this is the latest hyperion version agreement with Genesys…
Additionaly I was also wondering which components from Hyperion Performace Suite are “freely” available when the costumer buy the CCA reporting platform.
For instance, can I install Hyperion Intelligence Server and use the web clients or do I need to buy any component?
