How to view GVP status in SCI?

Hi all:
i currently have GVP install and have an associated application created in CME, how ever through SCI i cannot view the status of GVP, not knowing it is either started or not. LCA is installed and running on GVP server, i can restart GVP through the application in SCI but i am not able to view GVPs status, “unknown” type error has been thrown in LCA log file.
Some one please help

Hi i have GVP 7.6 installed. and CME is 7.6 any idea why it doesnt show the status?

We have GVP 7.2 and it works. See attachment i make some screenshots

For some reason i dont see an EXE file called CMEinterface in GVP 7.6 under cn/bin , but i will try the gvp one see if it works. one more thing what is the enviroment of your server? is it windows or Unix? i am using unix.
