How to validate the version of Brio.QuickView

Hello Genesys Pro,

Fig.1 showed that Brio.QuickView installed.

How to validate the version?

Hi,

Brio.QuickView is installed a plug-in of Internet Explorer so you can find the Brio plug-in in the directory “C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\PLUGINS”. Checking the properties of the DLL file (plug-in) should show you the version number. I don’t have QuickView installed on my laptop so I’m not able to tell you exact name of the file.
