Hi,
We are integrating a Genesys mediaar in
customer CRMapplication build in VB.NET.
All the voice controls are integrated, but
now the project is stucked. We want to integrate
GemTConnection and TEmailextension but these are
user controls that can be imported in VB.Net in contrary
to all Genesys OCXvoice controls.
Does anyone have some experience using
Genesys Email controls in VB.net ?
