how to test DLG connection.

I’m going to depoyment Framework 7.6 , Tserver will connect with AES via DLG .
Is there any testing tool which I can test the CTI link and AES connection ? how do I know the link is configured properly ?

Well the first thing is to make sure it is configured on the tserver correctly and that you are getting an eventlinkconnected message back.

Its pretty easy to get a connection… once you get that there rest is all from Genesys side, except maybe depending on how you want to handle TACW and RONA.
