How to setup flexlm logs in unix…want to know how can we locate flexlm (license) logs.

I would say that flexlm doesn’t create any log by default. You have to specify log path and name as one of the parameter of flexlm daemon.

lmgrd -l [+]debug_log_path_name ...

You can find detailed description of flexlm parameters in “FLEXlm User’s Guide” that is available on Management Framework CD.
