How to set default Disposition

Hi,

I’m looking for an option how to setup default disposition code when mandatory disposition is disabled in WWE.

I searched the doc shows no option, can someone please help with option details

On the Business Attributes Values inside your Disposition Code Business Attributes, mark the checkbox “default” for the value that you want to be the default

I tried it. But i don’t see that default disp attribute value is selected in WWE interaction window. So it is not attaching to the interaction after we end the interaction
