How to set ANI(call number) in my specific attach data key in routing strategy.

Not sure what you mean, do you want to change the AttributeANI, or attach the ANI as a specific user data key?

I’m fairly certain you can’t change the ANI attribute, or at least not easily. If attaching the ANI as a specific user data key then:

Update[‘some-key’,ANI]

https://docs.genesys.com - of course, you have to have own access login to the Genesys site.

This type of thing you can learn within IRD itself though, all you need to do is use the function builder to create the functions you need.

There is a function in the Fx block…just populate it and then attach
