Hi all,
After loading a strategy on the DN for auto-answer I cannot release it anymore. I tried deleting the added URS section from the DN but with no succes. In IRD the extension on which the strategy is loaded does not show so I cannot release it from there.
How did you solved this?

Did you try to delete whole DN from CME?

what version of config server and urs you use?
if you reboot urs - it’s solve you problem?
what you see in urs log then you call on problem DN ?

I don’t know what was the problem but now everything is ok. When I delete the “strategy” key from the Annex of the Extension the strategy is unloaded.
Which version of URS?
Check release notes, there were some issues with some versions where messages where lost when connection to configuration server was lost.
Also enable addp just in case
