Could you please explain me how to refresh Genesys Database access point (DAP) through CME

You need to restart the DB Server (or the application) using this DAP. (DAP is only a configuration)
You may want to open “Dependecies” of the DAP to see what is using this DAP.

Should be dynamic unless the app only reads DAP settings at start, which is a bad design
