I have scenario , I need to play Music (15sec) then Announcement (10 sec) , then agent Music (15 sec) then announcement if agents are not ready.
I am using below for Routing call to an agent
My Environment is:
SIP server
GVP (MCP,RM)

And with what is the problem? Do you not know how to configured announcement or how to deploy GVP?Please,describe more your issue if you want help

Right now i am doing using play application and call URI.. but I am facing some problem here.
I am call 2 Play application one after another,
when i call goes to 1st play app, then URS requesting requestplaytreatment, after event treatment applied, before event treatmentend from first playapp , the second requestplay treatment event going from URS to SIP server.
could you please tell me , how to send second requestapply treatment event after eventreatmentend from first one.

It is very hard to get you relevant information,if you obviously do not know the Genesys solution and you only try to set anything without idea what’s going on. I recommended you go to Genesys training

I agree your point, but now i am learning my self I am bit confused how to play announcement in routing with out using VXML application, if we use just .vox file.
And do you read the doc? Use PlayAnnouncement block in strategy and fill the ID of annc as name of your audio file.
Next thing is that this topic contain to technical discuss and not in developement
