How to get simulator to work with G3 TServer?

Hi,

I am using G6.5 PBX simulator for G3 and my G3 TServer connects and disconnects from it every 5 seconds. Anyone knows anything about it?

Ok, this is a simple problem!

What you need to do is add another option to your Simulator definitions under “Switch” in CME. asaiprotocol ype or something like that and set it to g3.

I am onsite right now and cannot look it up, but will ask someone to write the exact name of the keyword for me.

I’ve seen this too, you need to add the following in the switch’s Annex tab under the Simulator section:

Name = ctiprotocolmode

Value = g3
