Does someone of you know how to get the dlls needed for development?
I need one and I’d like to get it directly from the Genesys Customer Support portal, but I just can’t find them.
Please post how you get them.

Yes, I’m licensed for SDK, I can see many other installation files but I can’t find dlls
Universal SDK on your license file? Probably not, so ask your commercial team about it
