is it possible just configuring 2 sip endpoint , then make peer-to-peer call from one to the other? without sipserver involvement.

In theory yes. I used to do that using SJPhone
just do a sip:<ip.address> and should send to port 5060 of that remote IP Address
Of course…this has nothing to do with Genesys and will depend on your endpoints only.
