Can someone please shed the light on how to have Avaya PBX tell Genesys what digits user pressed?
Well, it is not that hard.
What you need to do is pretty simply:
create a vector that:
enter digits
throw adjunct
then all you have to do is create a strategy that calls CID function which will get the digits enter in VRU.
Pretty straight forward!
