The agent count show zero on the monitor but calls are moving. We’re getting 403 Forbidden on /api/v2/interaction/participants when the WFM tool pushes the daily roster. The error says Access denied. Required scope: participants:write. How do I fix this scope issue? The sync fails at 07:30 PT and the team loses their wrap-up data.
