The agent count show zero on the monitor but calls are moving. We’re getting 403 Forbidden when the WFM tool pushes the daily roster and attempts to access conversation participants. The error says Access denied. Required scope: participants:write. How do I fix this scope issue? The sync fails at 07:30 PT and the team loses their wrap-up data.
