we have just upgraded to Genesys G6.5 and the feature I like the most is an ability to see histarical reports in CCP. But, for some reason or other, Create Historical Report Template has been disabled. Does anyone know why?
You need to connect to the datamart to do so. If you look in Chapter 2 of the CCPulse+ Administrator’s guide (filename 65rt_ad_ccpulse+.pdf), you will see the note about Datamart connections for historical reporting.
