How Can I pass UserData from iWS to 3rd Party Application to show ANI or any UserData. In the past we used Customize TLib and registered by Extension to retrieved UserData KVPair. In GenesysV8 for AgentDesktop I planning to use iWS for Interaction of Voice Mail Chat and pass the userdata to 3rd party Application.

Using come custom extension to catch the KVP and then invoque a public function on the other side…just like any other SW
