Just curious as to which platforms everybody is running Genesys on.
I’m contracting to 2 wireless carriers.
One uses AIX, the other uses Windows.
In both cases, the solutions are homogeneous…meaning that the AIX Genesys instance is ENTIRELY on AIX (tservers, config server, db server, license manager, solution control, etc.)
And the Windows Genesys instance is entirely on Windows.
