Historical Reporting in 2 time zones

One of our customers has 2 call centers in 2 separate Time Zones : one in the “GMT” zone and one in the “GMT-7” zone
The central database server is located in the “GMT” zone (CCA solution is impelmented)
Each supervisor will need to see his statistics with the current time zone.
Is there a possibility for a global supervisor to have a view on all the statistics (GMT + GMT-7) getting rid of the Timeshift to have an aggregated view on the both sites ?
This might be possible by coding this under Hyperion reports but is there a simpler way ? Is there an option regarding the time zones ?

Hi,

You need to install and deploy an additional DataSourcer for the new time zone, with all layoutsused today.

Then when specifing the new source in ETL Assistant, set correct time zone for it.

This will make ETL create correct time stamps in DataMart, and also create unions with the layouts.
